Franco Fiore

In the course of his career Franco has served as an Internet creative director, creative director and senior designer, resulting in a unique set of creative and business management skills. As a visionary in the industry, Franco is known for his focus on brand/image integrity and a strong corporate voice.

As a senior designer at Desola Group, Franco provided clients with design solutions, including brand identity, corporate identity, annual reports, package and product prototype development and signage systems for clients such as Merrill Lynch, Post and General Mills.

As a founder of MediaCircus Interactive Advertising, he transformed the top brands and companies online for Chase, Wachovia Bank, Avon, Coca Cola and more. During his years as a creative director at Integrated Marketing Group, Franco directed the design for product promotions, event marketing, advertising and product-line packaging for clients such as FujiFilm/USA, Lever Brothers, Tropicana Inc., Cadbury and Kraft/General Foods.

Douglas Kern’s career is one, long list of successful marketing programs and business development strategies for technology start-ups, Fortune 500 clients, and interactive media and web-based companies. His gift for the intricacies of running a high-growth company lets him not only see business opportunities, but take them to market by bridging the gap between sales, technology and execution.

He has been fine-tuning real marketing techniques since the start of his career at Sony Corporation in 1986. As the Director of Broadcast from 1991-1995, he created numerous product and program launches, and helped spearhead alternative media strategies across Sony Corporation’s music and movie companies.
